I wanted to start doing something for myself after having my 2nd child, so I decided to stop in despite the negative reviews. I've gone here for a couple sets now and I've loved every one. I always receive compliments on my nails so it's definitely been the confidence booster I've been looking for! Attached are a picture of my first set and my current set.

Li Nail was super convenient for my day. They had me in and out in about 25mins with a full set of acrylics. The colors are absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and do a wonderful job! Especially for someone who had no nails to begin with. Judgement free and very reasonably priced!! I would recommend this salon over the other salons in Kendallville, today was my first time trying this salon. I was a walk-in which is almost unheard of nowadays, especially with the pandemic "appointment only" is usually what you hear; that was super awesome as I am on a time crunch. I love my nails! I enjoyed the time management skills of the technician Mary. I absolutely will be coming back!! Also recommending to any and everyone who asks or that I know. I'm absolutely certain they will take care of your nail needs!

You will be waiting forever if they don’t know your name. They will put you in the back of the room facing the back wall while they take people they do know. I have been going there for a while now and every time I go they do this to me. I will not go again. I will go someplace where they want to help everyone the same.

I always love coming here. Yes it may get busy and longer waits but if you call ahead and then when you arrive say "I called" they will usually take you ahead of a few people. The price isn't as expensive as Pro Nails and the staff is always polite and do a great job of remembering you!!

Always great service! Techs are so nice and you can tell they put there all into making sure your nails look great! My 4 year old got her first pedi and they were so sweet and patient with her! Even sang songs with her! Our nails turned out great they always go above and beyond!

I'm not happy with this visit at all. I told the nail tech I wanted them like the 2nd photo and he acted all mad when I wanted him to fix them so I just left them like this. If a customer shows a photo and they don't look even close to the same then dont get mad at your customers for wanting it done right 🙄 …
